The Isradreams Community Ground Rules

- In order to allow you and other travelers or hosts to enjoy the Isradreams experience, we have put together some ground rules all participants must follow.
- By posting a profile or a listing onto our website, you acknowledge these rules and undertake to follow them:

- Honor Your Commitments
- Unless you are absolutely compelled to do so due to circumstances beyond your control, you must not violate your commitments.
- Reliability is “the name of the game” and the success of the entire program is dependent upon people keeping their promises.

- No Violence, No Illegal Actions:

- Harming Yourself or Others
- You should not commit physical or sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, domestic violence, robbery, human trafficking, other acts of violence, or hold anyone against their will.
- Members of dangerous organizations, including terrorists, organized crime, or violent racist groups, are not welcome in this community.

- Endangering, Bullying and making Threats
- You should not endanger or threaten to harm anyone by your words or physical actions. Any harmful act or threat, including threats of self-harm, will be reported to the proper authorities.
- This also applies to sharing personal information of others in order to shame or blackmail them, to harass or bully others, or to use our review platform to defame others.

- Theft, Vandalism, or Extortion
- You should not take property that isn’t yours, use someone’s property without their consent, copy others’ keys or identity documents, damage others’ property,
- remain in listings after a stay is concluded, or threaten anyone with bad ratings or any other penalty or harm to obtain compensation or other benefits.

- Creating Hazardous Situations
- You should not keep any kind of weapons, disease risks, or dangerous animals in your listing, nor should you create conditions that increase the likelihood of a
- fire or impede escape in the event of emergency.

- Illegal Activities
- You should refrain from any illegal activities in the listing, including the use of controlled substances.

- Disturbing the Peace
- You should not disturb common spaces, treat neighbors badly or disrespectfully, create a nuisance for those around you, or violate customary rules of behavior in communal houses.

- Misrepresenting Yourself
- You should not provide a false name or date of birth, use listings for commercial purposes without your host’s permission, have events or parties without your host’s approval,
- maintain duplicate accounts.

- Misrepresenting Your Flat
- You should not provide inaccurate information regarding your flat, including: a false or misleading location or vacancy information.
- You should also avoid misleading potential guests about any other details of your listing, post fake or fraudulent listings, write fraudulent reviews,
- engage in deceptive pricing, or fail to disclose hazards and habitability issues.
